Guidelines

The BC Ukrainian Cultural Festival regularly welcomes vendors, entertainers, and advertisers from across the province of British Columbia and even as far as Alberta. If you wish to register for the upcoming Festival, please read the attached cover letter before completing the registration forms below.

  • Review the registration package(s) – if you still have questions do not hesitate to contact us
  • Please be sure to read through each document thoroughly prior to submission!

Application deadline March 1st
Applications after March 1st are subject to a $15.00 late processing fee. 
No applications will be accepted after March 15th
