The 27th annual British Columbia Ukrainian Culture Festival will take place May 11th, 2024!
For over 25 years, dance troupes as far as Alberta and Seattle travel to Mission, BC to compete in our festival. The troupes not only strive to entertain our thousands of attendees but also perform in front of experienced adjudicators from across the world. Troupes are critiqued in efforts to improve their technique, dance complexity and costume design. In addition to the dance performances, our festival also welcomes vendors, entertainers and hosts an activity center for your little ones. Admission
The BC Ukrainian Cultural Festival welcomes individuals from every walk of life. The following are the prices for entry*:
Adults – $13.00
Youth (7-18) & Seniors (65+) – $10.00
Children (6 and under) – $1.00
Programs – $2.00
* 20% of the admission fees will be donated to Ukraine Humanitarian efforts through the Ukrainian Canadian Congress

Breakfast
Kalyna Catering: a wedding and party caterer for the greater Vancouver, Surrey, and New Westminster. They will be offering a diverse assortment of breakfast and pastries!
Lunch
This year we have the pleasure of hosting multiple food trucks!
Old Country Pierogi: A Metro Vancouver based family business that proudly serves authentic Eastern European dishes, inspired by the original recipes. Most of their dishes are prepared from scratch, using local ingredients whenever possible.
Nina’s Pierogi: A local pierogi business that uses locally sourced ingredients to create delicious pierogies!
As always, kovbasa and poppyseed rolls are available for purchase at our BCUCF Society fundraising table!
Entertainment
If the dance competition isn’t entertaining enough by itself, there are musicians positioned throughout the Festival for your enjoyment.
