Guidelines

The BC Ukrainian Cultural Festival regularly welcomes vendors, entertainers, and advertisers from across the province of British Columbia and even as far as Alberta. If you wish to register for the upcoming Festival, please read the attached cover letter before completing the registration forms below.

  • Please have all entries submitted by our deadline, March 25th – late registrations are subject to a processing fee
  • Review the registration package(s) – if you still have questions do not hesitate to contact us
  • Please be sure to read through each document thoroughly prior to submission!

All advertisements must be sent to advertise@bcucfs.ca in .jpeg format or a hard copy submitted camera ready by the stated print deadline. All advertisements are printed in black and white.
