Guidelines
The BC Ukrainian Cultural Festival regularly welcomes dance groups from across the province of British Columbia as well as from Alberta and Washington State. If you have an involvement with a Ukrainian youth dance group and wish to register for the upcoming Festival, please read the attached cover letter before completing the registration forms below.
This year’s competition package contains 4 links featured below (updated 2023-10-05); we have made some major changes in the past year as we migrate to an online process.
- Please have all entries submitted by our deadline, March 1st – late registrations are subject to a processing fee
- Review the dance entry form and registration package – if you still have questions do not hesitate to contact us
- Please be sure to read through each document thoroughly prior to submission!
